Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada — 2026-03-18 — Meowsprout Therapeutics Corporation, a Neuro-AI platform for children, announced a strategic partnership with Family Tutor (Rootmath) to expand BrainArk through distribution, community operations, and bundled learning packages in the North American after-school learning market.
Under the agreement, Rootmaths will serve as a strategic channel partner for Meowsprout. The partnership includes three areas: distribution of BrainArk products, joint community programming for online math learners and families, and bundled offers combining BrainArk with Rootmaths’ tutoring services.
BrainArk is one of the core products within the Meowsprout platform and is designed for children with learning difficulties. It is a game-based cognitive training product designed to support children’s development in areas such as attention, memory, and self-regulation across home and out-of-school learning environments.
Rootmaths is more than a tutoring provider. In addition to its online and offline math tutoring business, Rootmaths operates a large digital math learning community, including approximately 500,000 followers on TikTok and 200,000 followers on Instagram. This combination of direct service capability and digital audience reach makes Rootmath a strong partner for family-facing product activation and community-based growth.
